a) approval by a majority of the Board of Curators;

b) that the changes in the By-laws will not go against the purposes and objectives of the INSTITUTO;

c) that they will not compromise the continuity of the INSTITUTO;

d) that they be formalized in minutes to be registered in the Civil Corporate Registrar.
