Article 1 - The INSTITUTO TÊNIS, hereafter referred to as the INSTITUTO, is a private, philanthropic not for profit corporation, governed by these By-Laws and the applicable laws.
Article 2 - The INSTITUTO has its headquarters and court of jurisdication in the city of Florianópolis, Santa Catarina.
Article 3 - The lifespan of the INSTITUTO is undetermined.
