a) Donations, contributions, bequests and assistance, not specifically destined for incorporation in its assets, that the INSTITUTO may receive from individuals or corporations, public or private, Brazilians or foreigners;
b) Operating and equity income, including income from financial investments;
c) Income from the sale of goods and services;
d) Income from the sale of tickets or other income originated from competitions, exhibitions, releases or other sporting events sponsored by the INSTITUTO;
e) Income from the sale of books, CDs and other media, articles and other sporting products sponsored by the INSTITUTO.
First paragraph - The INSTITUTO will invest completely within Brazilian territory and for its incorporated purposes its income, resources and any operating returns for the maintenance and development of the institutional objectives described in this chapter.
Second paragraph - The INSTITUTO is not constituted by the assets exclusive to a given group of individuals, families, trade associations or societies that do not have a philanthropic or social assistance nature.
Third paragraph - The INSTITUTO does not remunerate, does not offer advantages or benefits, does not distribute income, dividends, bonuses, participations or portions of its assets, directly or indirectly, in any form or pretext to its Directors, beneficiaries, or equivalents, or their family members.
